Custom DTF Pressing Insructions
For successful DTF film transfers, it's important to follow these pressing instructions. If you're printing on cotton fabrics, use a heat press set to 320°F (160°C). For polyester fabrics, use a heat press set to 260°F (121°C). Press once for 8 seconds, then hot peel the DTF film. For a smoother feel on fabrics, re-press for 8 seconds with a Teflon sheet after cold peeling.
If you're using DTF film for sublimation printing, heat at 390-400°F for 50-60 seconds. To avoid any issues, make sure that your heat press is properly calibrated before starting production. Additionally, make sure that the temperature on the digital display matches the heating element using a temp gun. By following these instructions, you can achieve high-quality results with your DTF film transfers.
